Vodafone — Roaming not activated when travelling overseas automatically | |
I have recently traveled overseas to the Philippines on a 21 day trip on the 03/6/2013. When arriving I found when i turned on my cell phone that my Vodafone server does not automatically provide me with Roaming activation. I've contacted customer support though email and it seems they require my drivers license id number and a whole lot of other information with a pin code to be able to activate my roaming on. Like as if I am going to have this information with me. So for the next 2 and a half weeks i cannot be contactable due to my service provider Global Vodafone Enterprises. My number which is un contactable due to Vodafone is +[protected]. Can anyone help me activate my Roaming on ? mera naam manisha hai mera voda ka no.LUCKNOW ka hai.mai kuch dino kai liya GUJRAT gaiye hui hu mere phone main network nahi a raha hai mene sim dusre phone main bhi laga kai dekhi fir bhi network nahi a rahe hai. mere phone par kiseka phone na a rahe hai aur na hi call ho rahi hai.

Vodafone — Roaming not activated
The roaming on my mobile no [protected](maharashtra circle) was not activated automatically in rajasthan circle, while I was intimated by the company officials that it will be activcated automatically.
