[Resolved] Vodafone — Safe Custody not activated | |||
Hi It was a real bad experience with Vodafone Customer Care official. I had given my mobile number for safe custody when i was going abroad. After coming back I submitted a request for activation at Adyar Vodafone Store, Counter number C on 21/5/2013 . The executive there told the number will be activated within 24 hours. It has been a week now and the number is not activated yet. Today I went to same store to enquire about this and they said it will be activated in 4 hours (Surprised how 24hrs became 4 hrs). They gave me a Service request number and a phone number to contact in case it doesnt get activated. After 5 hrs it was not activated and I called up to the number given. The representative said the network was down (Usual dialogue when they dont want to give a proper answer) and will be activated in 30 mins. It has been 2 hrs now and I called that number multiple times and he is not picking up the phone. This is real irresponsible behavior and really bad user experience. i want to block my voda no because i am not using that no currently..i have purchase that no only for surfing on net now i dnt have ny use of that no ?so want vod customer care to block that no? kind accept my reqst

Vodafone — safe custody
Iam vijay from bangalore.i am using vodafone postpaid conection from last 4yers my number is [protected]. Now iam going to uk for one month so put my number in safe custudy when ever i will come back i want use same number. so put my number in safe custudy for one monthplease consider this and procees it as early as posible.
