[Resolved] Vodafone — Service auto renewed without information. | |||
I recharged my mobile with the help of *444# option provided by the company for a data service. After three days they have renewed the service automatically without any prior consent with me. Niether in the options nor in the message given by the company, it was notified that the service is auto renewable. Kindly look into the matter as it has become a policy as well as practice by the companies to thug people without even informing them. Was this information helpful? | |||
