[Resolved] Vodafone — service unavailable inside my house | |||
I have 6 connections from Vodafone. I am unable to use my phone ( neither calls can be made nor BBM nor SMS )when I am inside my house, address mentioned in subject line. I have complained for last many years (over 5 years) and no action was taken. (I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE ON THE ROAD TO USE THE PHONE)Only in the month of February this year one executive turned up at my residence and checked and confirmed the problem, and promised that within 15 days they will resolve the problem by putting some equipment. Now 8 months have passed and nothing is being done. Pls let me know whether is it possible to place the equipment immediately, to enable me to operate my phones or I go for portability to another service provider? Was this information helpful? | |||

wel no use still complaining go and file a case in consumer court claiming compensation of 50, 000Rs.
