[Resolved]  Vodafone — Sim money not refunded after deactivation

I had a vodafone number [protected] since last 5-6 years. I went out of country in August 2012 for 4 months in mean while my phone number was in off mode. Vodafone had deactivated my number and given that number to someone as per their policy but I had 300-400 Rs in my sim number. They have not returned me back those Rs even after making multiple complaint with vodafone. I am making those complaints since last month, could you please help me out to get that money back.
