[Resolved] Vodafone — sim not getting recharged | |||
I took Vodafone sim 15 days back. They took 13 days to activate the sim though usually its get activated in 7 days. saying that i did'nt submit the documents Then they activated the sim after 13 days after my continuous complaining and calling the customer care. Now I am trying to recharge the sim , I am unable to do so. They are saying my first and second recharge is not done . But i have taken the sim paying all the amount and the first and second's recharge amount . Was this information helpful? | |||
