[Resolved]  Vodafone - Tele Services — Amount collected from customers and not deducted in customer's bill amount

I have paid Rs.3000/- for my vodafone bill amount on dated 26/03/2010 via Receipt No-19503 of WINGS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD., NARAINA INDUSTRIAL AREA, NEW DELHI:110028. franchise of Vodafone. On behalf of the abovesaid Company Mr. Raj Kumar collecting the amount from my residence of B.K.Dutt Colony, Lodhi Road, New Delhi:110003, but after more than 15 days it has not been deducted from my Vodafone No:[protected]. I have complaints at Vodafone Store, Lodhi Road, New Delhi:110003, but they are saying the Receipt is not original, kindly take the necessary action against WINGS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD., NARAINA INDUSTRIAL AREA. Fax has been given to WINGS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD., NARAINA INDUSTRIAL AREA to take necess ary action but they are not resonding at all. Your official can visit my home B-164, IInd Floor B.K Dutt Colony and look at the receipt which i am having with me or the same has been forwared by fax to WINGS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD., NARAINA INDUSTRIAL AREA.
