Vodafone Telecom Company — acceleration of disconnection without my permission

DEAR SIR,
I am user of a vodafone prepaid number [protected]. on
12/6/2010 at 10:22 pm saturday night without my any permission
my vodaone number has disconnected . I have a
double problem occure due to misuse of power by your only B.P.O.
staff person who has involve in this disconnection
without my permission. due to the disconnection i have face 3 days
incoming & outgoing problems. so i want a
excellation rearding this matter . & i want a appropriate action for
the
resposible person who has did it.
so
kindly help me to excellate in tis matter as soon as possible. &
aaction for
the
reponsible person plz help me in this matter
