Vodafone — PRepaid to postpaid connection

Hi, I'm Akshay Anand, using hutch now Vodafone for the past 2 years. Till the time I was using Prepaid it was perfectly fine. but since I got a job in which the company asked me to change the prepaid into postpaid so that they can refund me on my mobile bills the story starts.
Its been 3 weeks since the process has started n this week my verfication was done with me in my house. N the useless Customer Care people told me that the verification has come negative coaz the MTNL no. I gave nobody picked up. Hence, we cannot do anything. What crap????? All the customer care personnel cannot speak properly n if they speak they speak bull .
When is the policy coming of changing the network n retaining the same No. coming coaz the day it comes I'm gonna throw this Vodaphone sim out.
