[Resolved] Vodafone — Un-necessary balance deduction | |||
I recharged my cell with 222INR in the afternoon and had some 230 INR as balance. At midnight I got a message that my data plan has expired in response to which i switched off all my data services and immediately recharged with a new data plan of INR 99. (I have been using it for months in continuity) After I received a message from vodafone that my data plan has been activated; then and only THEN did i start using my data services again. In the morning when i got up and tried making calls; i was not able to as my balance has been nullified. I called vodafone call center and they are not entertaining any requests made for the same.
