[Resolved] Vodafone — Unauthorized Charges for Itemized Bill Service | |||
Hi, This is with reference to charges levied in my mobile bill # [protected] for Itemized bill service. I never requested for this service to my services provider (Vodafone- Delhi). When I approached them at customer care, they are not even reading my email and respond to me that this service is active and charges are valid. I am re-iterating the fact that I never requested for this service, however, they are just repeating the same line and service is active and charges are valid. When I asked them for the escalation matrix, they simply refused this. Please forward my complaint to the appropriate authority of Vodafone. Thanks! Thanks Hemant Was this information helpful? | |||
