[Resolved] Vodafone — Unethical Business | |||
Hi Team, I have taken a post paid connection, [protected], with advanced rental of Rs.499/- under corporate connection from my company on Nov 15 2012. Outgoing calls are barred in a week's time stating that there are multiple connections. They have asked me to provide canceled cheque to avoid disconnection. I have told them to disconnect and refund my money. No response. I am getting calls from collection team that I have to pay Rs.500/- outstanding!!! I don't know from why should I pay Rs. 500/- again? That means either the person did not paid the amount to Vodafone or The paid amount s not reflecting in the right place. When I have asked that person he said the amount is reflecting in security deposit. Why this has happened no idea. But I have received a legal notice mail from Vodafone. This is not expected from a MNC company and a market leader. Another twist in the story is my Vodafone data card is barred, stating that this number, [protected], is linked with my data card. I have to pay Rs.500/- to unbar. What kind of play this is?? I would request to suggest or solve my problem. 1. First I need my Data card to be activated. 2. Either Mobile number or Refund my money.
