[Resolved] Vodafone — Unnecessary deduction in my talk time amount | |||
For the past one month my talk time is getting reduced on its own. Probably vodafone is deducting the talk time amount on its own without any usage. Kindly return my talk time amount. Last time I recharged for 100 and it got over with in 2 days without much o[censored]sage. Was this information helpful? | |||

my moile number ins [protected]. For one month I am observing that every 3/4 days a deduction is made of about Rs 15 to 18/- for which I do not find any case for having mae calls or sms.Vodafone — unnecessary deduction

A deduction of rs30 has done from my no.when i cal the customer care they told dat u have activated famina pack.but i didnot activate this pack,they activate dis without my permission.they told me to cal 121 to get my money back.but i didnot able to get.so plz help me

RESPECTED SIRI AM USING VODAFONE NO.[protected] SINCE LAST FEW YEARS.I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE BUT INSTEAD OF THAT VODAFONE HAS ACTIVATED CALLERTUNES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION,THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE DOING THIS.THEY ACTIVATE DIFFERENT SERVICES NOW AND THEN WITHOUT ASKING AND DEDUCT MY BALANCE.PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SOON.
