[Resolved] Vodafone — unreasoned balance deduction | |||||
senior customer care executive, June4, 2013 My balance was something around rs 13, when i last checked it.. at around 7 pm i checked my phone and saw notification from vodafone that "rs 12 has been deducted from your balance". what is this ??? I didn't even touch my phone. and rs 12 has automatically deducted from my balance.. your Customer care executive (CCE) are replying illogically. They are telling me that you have downloaded something.. how can one download without touching his phone and even if i downloaded something then let me tell you that data pack is already activated on my number. How can you deduct from the main balance??? Either yours CCE are trying to fool me or there is something wrong with their heads.. kindly look into the matter and refund my deducted balance as early as possible. revert back as soon as possible abhay vodafone user Was this information helpful? | |||||
