[Resolved]  Vodafone - Upeast — regarding dnd

Dear Sir,

i am a vodafone customer o[censored]P-East circle, mobile no- [protected],my no is registered in DO NOT DISTURB services,
as per TRAI guidelines, i shouldn't get any promotional call or promo msg's. but i m regularly recieving this kind of msg

i complaint regarding this over phone to vodafone customer care on 2nd of August,2009, complain no-[protected] n the executive over phone told me that my problem will be resolved within a month.

still i am facing the same problem.

plz let me know, whome should i contact to resolve my problem.

the details of the nos from which i got the msgs are,

TA-SRIT , TA-PHARMACY , TA-JMADVTR , [protected] , TM- BTech , TA-HYGIA , TA-HITM LKO , [protected] , KHBS-JNP , [protected] , TA-Sharda , TA-IPSR , TA-B.Tech , TA-RRSGIA , TM-KALKA , CHARAK , TA-FOCUSBLY , TA-JMADVTR , LM-UGI , TA-IPSR , TA-MIIT-MRT , TA-ANACOLLE etc.
