[Resolved]  Vodafone USB Stick — deactivation on net without prior intemation

I had purchased vodafoen USB Stick alongwith laptop on 16th july which was been activated within 2 hours. But from few days am not able to acess net from usb stick when contacted to vodafone broadband customer care first of all i was put on for long hold later i got replt that mine documents were not submitted. without informing me how can they disconnect the service. First of its their mistake now they want me to submit the document to resume the service.

Vodafone USB Stick — Excess Charge & Very poor service

I hold Vodafone USB stick (#[protected] for accessing internet thru my netbook since 3 months. Ist month was free for unlimited, I recharged with Rs.398/- in vodafone store at Fort branch after discussing with the executive on cash counter, but it did not got activated, I tried calling call center and they just transfer the line from one dettt. to another with no clarity on the product, they have even kept me on hold for 45 minutes and finally I have to disconnected the call, after 2 days somehow I was able to know that it has -ve balance of Rs. 5/-. i recharged with Rs. 50/- on the same day.
After one month again when it got disconnected, I recharged this time with Rs.450/- to avoid any negative balance problem, but again the same not activated, same problem again there was no one to solve the problem and call center agents just transfers line form prepaid to postpaid, non technical to technical, once I shouted to him like any thing also, but the smart gentelmen transferred line to the number where it got disconnected and 4-5 days passed, finally one gentelmen helped me saying you have negative balance of Rs. 5/-, which again surprised me, i again recharged this time with Rs. 10/-, but when I tried to connect the same got disconnected dut and msg showing "service not activated". Again same series of problem of arguement with call center agents.
Now to my surprise it is again showing negative balance of Rs. 7/- this time. What level of services are they providing to their clients ???
I am not able to use the USB stick accessing internet, not able to complete my work resulting to financial loss, services are horrible and I want all amount paid back.
Thanks to the comsumer complaints portal, where any one hears consumers complaints as a neutral entity.
