Vodafone — Deposited Money for MNP not being refunded (Vodafone failed to port-in my number) | |||
- I had enrolled for number portability (PORT-IN in Vodafone) on the 20th Jan, 2011. But even after providing the PORTING CODE thrice they were unable to port-in my numbers. Repeated complaints were not listened to.! - Now after all this wait and failure, they refuse to refund my security deposit Rs500 (Rs250 x 2 for both my numbers). What the hell is this? - The Vodafone personnel I have interacted with are: Himanshu[protected], Sangeeta (sangeeta.[protected]@vodafone) and Nisha at the Sec-18 Vodafone Store, Noida. - Earlier Vodafone Requests#:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] - My Mobile Numbers: [protected] (I have now shifted to Idea) The view that I have formed for Vodafone is: • Vodafone is just about Zoo-Zoos. They don’t have systems in place. No one has information on whats the status on the application. • The customer care is just phony – they want to give an impression that they are helping but really don’t try to help you out. • If you write to customer care – every different person would keep asking the same question again & again every 3rd day.
