[Resolved] Vodafone — Billing details | |||
Vodafone is trying to misguide the services being provided by them. I am using vodafone basic plan of Blackberry Prosumer Lite in which I am paying Rs 299 per month. In this plan only mail and messenger is being provided so I have install watsapp application messenger which comes into the category of messenger plans. So suddenly they have started charging for it which are the amounts are very high. So I just want to know it whether consumer should be aware about the plan being automatically being activated in there handset or not. There basic plan of Vodafone live is being activated automatically which was being stated by there consumer care department. I want the Train and consumer court to show some light on it Was this information helpful? | |||
