Vodafone — Delay in registration of New Postpaid connection

I brought new post paid connection (having no. [protected]) on 3 days back. And I have given all related documents (Address proof , etc.) on the same day. As per executive commitment my new no. has to be registred by end of today. But still it is not registred. I am very much unhappy with such type of services.And now I would like surrender this new post paid connection due to false commitment & delay in service.
