[Resolved] Vodafone — Very bad Customer Service | |||
I raised a Service Request with Vodafone on bad network on 12-Aug-2012. After a long long delay , I had been informed by Mr Anupam Singharoy that my problem is being worked upon. Since, my calls are getting terminating abruptly, I told him that I need a quick resolution. He kept on repeating that my problem is being looked after. Unfortunately he isn't ready to share any timeline. From a customer's perspective this is a very open statement. A problem being worked upon can take a month , a year or more to get resolved. I told him that if my problem isn't worked upon immediately then I will need to switch on to another service operator. But apparently Mr Anupam didn't behave properly. I sincerely urge Vodafone via this forum to have a look into my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
