[Resolved] Vodafone — vodafone 3G data is not working | |||
Hi , vodafone dont have proper 3G network in DELHI.its 2G only..they are selling there 3G plans and providing 2G only...only sometime you will get 3G(HSDPA) other wise you will always get 2G(EDGE).2G is good.my question is, when I am paying for 3G why they dont have such infrastructure to sell 3G.i am getting frustrated day by day by their service.when u put your mobile in auto mode(wcdma and gsm)...you will get 3g for 1 or 2 minute with very less signal strength then it disappears after sometime ..evern you are not able to call ..so you are forced to use GSM mode..then you will get good signal ..good EDGE network. i influenced with their advertisment and bought vodafone but its rubbish..they are not maintaining their quality.actually they dont have dedicated 3G BTS(signalling tower).and they are promising so much .. my friends are using airtel3G and its superv ... i did complain several time ...repersantative says call 198 ..when i call 198..it will take 15days when our executive will visit at your place.then i disconnect phone...in this situation i dont want to pay their bills..but what to do ...if you will not pay your bill they will discontinue your service... I have purchase Vodafone Data card for Internet access for rupees 1500.
Problem:
Data card is not working properly. problem like connection loss in every 5 minutes and internet speed is very low of 2-3 Kilo bytes per second.
Data card of Vodafone is not responding is a given standard at the time of purchase.
various problem Regarding data card are:
1) Connection loss.
2)Less Network Capture access.
3) very slow response.
I have already complain to vodafone service center on[protected] but the story is same after 5 days. As no response given by them till[protected].
Second thing When you call to customer complain no. the operator transfer the call to senior and senior response That complain department will be in the hand of junior.
Please help me As company unable to provide service as per given criteria.
