[Resolved]  Vodafone — Vodafone - Cheating by providing fake information about tariff plan

Hi this is Nilesh Polekar, I have corporate vodafone number [protected]. Before 2 months I got a call from vodafone outbound executive stating that I was selected for special plan which is provided by Vodafone for lucky one and that I was being offered a new tariff plan of Rs 250 which included the benifits of my original tariff plan (199) plus 1Gb of 3G net free. Ur Similar calls were recieved by my collegues in office. But when we received our bill it showed a rental of 199 + 250 + 99 (data plan). I was promised that i will get only rental of Rs 250 and that my other plan of Rs 199 and Rs 99 will be deactivated. Vodafone repeatedly keeps on cheating customers by first lurking us into offers and then giving a whophing bill.
