[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone Company not responding | |||
Hi, I bought a new SIM card from Vodafone on April 10th,2013 and it is still not activated. I have submitted all documents and they are still not activating nor telling me what is the exact scenario. I have also raised complaints in vodafone portal, still no response. When I visited the store, they told me to go to whatever place I bought the SIM card to re-submit the documents. They asked me to buy new SIM card from their store. Still, that SIM card is still not active. I am losing a lot of money on roaming charges.
