[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone excessive billing | |||
Despite of resolving the issue you guys have disconnected my incoming too. I have been using vodafone singe i brought my first mobile 2004. This makes me sick, with this type of service you provide. There are many complaints registered from my end and none of them are resolved and you guys send a message saying nothing excessive billing found and close the ticket. My mail i sent to vodafone on june 26th. I got a reply saying that there is discrepancy in billing. Then what is that excessive billing on 2G if it is unlimited @ 64kbps Mobiel No : [protected] *MY Plan : * 0 Rental Rs.250 - 3G plan 1GB - Thereafter unlimited @ 64kpbs Rs.50 - Family and Friends *May 25th Bill:* *Total Bill :* 1550.05 *Usage :* 241.39 (213.02+16.50+11.87) (Usage ,Messaging and Roaming) *Bill should be :* 641.39 (241.39+250+50+100) (including late payment charges) *Got charged Extra RS : *908.66 I have contacted your Vodafone executive on phone and asked him why i got charged extra. He told me that he is gonna raise a request to waive it off with in 5 days. Its been more than 5 days and nothing has happened and there is another bill generated again with extra charge which includes late payment too. Is it my fault for making payment late? Its because of you guys who don''t have a good system in place to take care of customers. Below is the bill generated two days back. *June 25th Bill:* *Total Bill :* 2048.16 *Usage :* 452.23 (424.23+28) (Usage and Messaging) *Bill should be :* 752.23 (452.23+250+50+100) (with out late payment charges) *Got charged Extra RS : *1295.93 *Note :* After finishing my 1GB 3G usage i got a message saying, you can avail another 1GB data by sending a message. I did so. As there is no 3G in AP why the hell are you sending out such message and leeching money from customers. I am using vodafone connection from the past 6yrs but the services are just pathetic.I have been charged RS140 for a pack that I not even use.RS 5 have been charged on daily basis which is quiet annoying.Not only this I have been charged more than RS100 on my pre paid connection for the same and now the call never gets transferred to the senior executives.My nos are[protected]

Vodafone — excessive data charge
My mobile no is [protected] with vodafone in mumbai. I am a blackberry user and on a 599 plan which provides me unlimited access to my emails, browsing and downloading. However, in the last two months vodafone has charged me for me around 1900 & 2500 as browsing and downloading charges. When I contacted the customer service they say that it is because I have used audio and video streaming, to which I denied and requested them to pull up their data and verify, which they did not do. I still went ahead and paid the 1900 but now they have charge me 2500. I do not have that kind of money to satisfy vodafone's ridiculous demands. All I ask is they verify their data before they charge me, I don't think that's too much to ask for.......please Help me win this losing battle. My alternate no [protected]
