[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone fraud of Rs 5000 | |||
Hi, I had given a payment of Rs 5000 on 16 march 2013 on my VODAFONE POSTPAID NO [protected] as bill payment instead of security deposit to activate ISD services but still i don't get the money refunded back or even not adjusted in my bills Mailing on customer care from so many times but got different different reply's that amount was reverted or we cant refund you back the amount. I had also sent my credit card statements to Vodafone customer care and on vodafone store also that i don't get my money back . In a mean while i also talked to my bank but As per my bank they don't get any refund back from vodafone end on my credit card. I am very much annnoyed with Vodafone.
