Vodafone is looting people in the name of mobile internet. I am a new vodafone customer. Recently I used the internet connection on my mobile, without any plan activated. I got shocked by seeing the bill amount for this. I had used a internet data usage of 200MB, and it costed me around 2000/-. What kind of pathetic billing is that..?? All the plans has some limit of the data usage, and after that only they charge 10p/10KB. But for me they charged directly 10p/10KB. But I enquired in the vodafone care, they told negligently that they cannot help me on this. Horrible billing. They just want to loot people on any grounds. Vodafone — Vodafone looting people
I bought vodaphone connection few days back. By morning I got 2 messages that 'caller filter service' has been activated on your phone and 99 rupees has been charged!!! I called consumer service and they said that I will get my money back after 2 days. After waiting for 4 days, I called again, only to know that I should have deactivated the service within 24 hours of activation by send message on *514#, fact which they should have told me on the very first day, and now it is too late for the refund. I will suggest only one thing...Don't use vodaphone, they are looting people.
