[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone - mnp - sim card registration failed | |||
Hi team, I have a connection on my name with mobile number [protected]. This was originally a tata indicom connection which was transferred (Mnp) to a Vodafone connection somewhere in feb 2010. It was working fine since dec 20th 2012. When we visit vodafone store At abids they claim that connection is terminated from tata. And when We visit tata they claim that the connection was ported to vodafone And its been more that 6 months so they wont have any information with Them. This is really a ridiculous situation where i need to manage without a Years old number and no one is ready to take the ownership of Rectifying the error. All i know is my connection is currently with vodafone and i demand an Explanation from vodafone team. Please resove this asap. Alternate number : [protected]. i hv opted for mnp fromvodaphone to bsnl,it has been 12 days i hav applied for portability and the vodaphone is nt giving clearance saying documents r not clear.IF DOCUMENTS R NOT CLEAR Y DID THEY CONTINUE MY SERVICE TILL NOW???????????
