i am vosafone post paid customer three year regular pay totel amt for three year rs 40000 near about they are account system vert worst my plan is monthly 1 GB free in dada plan monthly 98rs now i used 300MB DATA use sudenly vodafone servise cut my pone call now thay told your unbilled ammount rs 30000 you pay rs pay rs30000actually ur bill ammount will come rs2000 after we refunt rs28000 tolled customer servic pls any one dont go post paid plane in vodafone good bissness man pls avoid vodafone post paid

Vodafone in — very very very bad service

i m using mobile service of vodafone. from last two days theres full coverage on my mobile but i not dialing any noumbers or reciveing calls. i m complain to mobile customer care but no any responce for that.

Vodafone — Very Poor Service

I am Vodaphone Mobile service user. I had no problem with the services rendered till the 21st March wherein after the "Signal" in my locality has failed. I am now told that the "circle tower" from which i used to get "Signal" has been SEALED by Government authorities.
I am a consumer and the problem with the service provider is none of my concern as I am billed day-in- and-day-out and have to really go searching for "Signal" in case of receiving or making a call.
I want to lodge complain that I should be billed for any usage or all facilities provided to me till such time that the Service Provider does not sucessfully rectify the problem at his end.
Since I am a regular customer and do a lot of business on my cell phone, I cannot change my service provider.
Please see what best can be done and stop the service providers from harassing the consumers on such pretext.

Vodafone — very bad site

i am using vodafone mobile after activating the e-bill service still i ma waiting for my bill since last two month.

also i ma trying to get the bill through my login id but still its showing only jan month bill and not able to download.

two times i have submitt the complaint through mail and phone but still waiting for bill.
