[Resolved] Vodafone — VODAFONE (Very poor service) | |||
Due to my office work, I am commuting between Mum & Pune. When in Mumbai, I am not getting a network or getting very poor network (at my home in Mumbai), this lead to a call drop on every 10-20 secs. I have contacted to nearby "vodafone store" in Vashi, but since my phone is in Roaming & originally from Maharashtra Circle, they could not able to log my complaint. It seems Maharashtra circle is not able to resolve the problem & Mumbai circle don't want to attained it. In this regard, I have registered my complaint around 2 months back, but till today they could not resolve my problem. They are not even bothered to reply to my email. Also not bothered to call me. I have received a couple of calls around 3 weeks back & one of their mentioned engineer mentioned me that somebody will reach to my place & try to resolve the problem. One of the person from Mumbai Circle called me & said the representative will reach to your place soon.. but as of now.. no body has reached. The problem is still persist. I am planning to migrate on some other operator not because of poor network, but because of poor & irresponsible service from them. Thanks -Piyush Was this information helpful? | |||
