[Resolved] Vodafone — PHONE SUSPENDED IN SPITE OF SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS

We had purchased prepaid mobile connection and submitted all our documents to Paspa Distributors, Mandevila Garden on[protected] through its agent.

Services started very soon and was very good.

On[protected], the connection got out of service due to non-submission of documents. On query, it was found that the agent forgot to logon my documents.

For last 48 hours, I am suffering due to this. The agent not loging my documents.

Vodafone Mobile Services — messages are not getting delivered to idea mobiles

Hi,

The messages are not getting delivered to idea mobiles sent from vodafone mobile no. They are in pending status for the last 3 days. its neither failing nor the receipient is receiving it.

customer care is not bothered too.
