[Resolved] Vodafone — Network issue for the last 4 months | |||
I am Vofaone user for more than 2 years and my number is [protected] and it is a corporate plan. For the last 4 months (from Sept 14, 2010) I am experiencing network related issue as I am not able to receive any calls on my number. There is an issue with the incoming calls and I am not getting any incoming calls and this is in whole Delhi-NCR. I have made complaints many time on the customer care of Vodafone but still the same issue. They asked me for a time froma of 3 months to get it resolved but now its been more than 4 months and there is no one who is taking care of this matter. Whenever I call customer care they say please give us a chance and we will check for this but bothing happens. Now, when Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is launched in Delhi, I applied for that and now they are not allowing me change the Subscriber as they have changed the Unique Port Number twice and as per the guidelines from TRAI, Subscribers cannot change the Unique Port Number for 15 Days once it is issued to any mobile number. Please help as Vodafone has Harassed me a lot. Was this information helpful? | |||
