[Resolved] Vodafone — without my request they set caller tune and deducted total 45 rs | |||
without my request they set a caller tune and cut 30rs from my balance and then they deducted 15rs for the song ....then i called customer care and there executive talked so badly,he misbehaved..... Was this information helpful? | |||

dear sir..... my balence 45Rs my account diduct. mere no. par apne aap vodafone ne caller tune activate kar di costmer care par reqest ki unhone mujhe 24 se 48hrs ka time diya ki aapka balance aa jayega.meine ye reqest 15nov 2009 2.24pm par di thi jo ki aaj tak solve nahi hui inke exicutive kahte hai complaint kar do. pls iska koi solution nikale. thank you.my no.is [protected]
