[Resolved] Vodafone — wrong billing and deactivation of the service | |||
I am using the corporate plan of Vodafone, which gives free minutes of 120000 sec including Local+STD+Roaming. But they have charged me for the roaming. I have raised the complaint couple of times via customer care, but have not received any response. Even they have deactivated the service 3 times in one week, each time I use to call them and ask for activation. Facing a lot of problems. Was this information helpful? | |||

few Days ago i m change my connection ffrom prepaid to post paid. but i facing problem, when i want to tala postpaid customer care, its transfer automatically to prepaid, i speak with custome executive many time but i m not get satify answer.

Vodafone — Wrong Billing
I am using "Corporate Account" of Vodafone since past couple of years now and I really feel that "Vodafone" is into 'Quick Money Making' by charging unauthorized charges.Following are the examples:-
1> I was given a 'Corporate Plan' by an executive of Vodafone and hence I switched to it. When the bill was not in sync with the plan - I mailed customer care and they advised me to talk to the executive who gave me the plan!!! - WT[censored]
2> In each of my bills I have to check the usage - I get an itemized bill - I usually get charged for previous month usage too in my current month bill!!! - I have raised this with Customer Care in mail - for more than 5 times now (i.e. for more than 5 bills now) - Ridiculous Service!
3> I had requested deactivation of 'Vodafone Mobile Connect' on June 28, 2010 and I was informed by IVR of Vodafone that it would be deactivated within 2 hours! However, I didn't get any confirmation till June 30, 2010; being proactive I mailed 'Corporate Vodafone' and asked for re-confirmation - I was informed that it was deactivated as on July 02, 2010 and I have to pay monthly rental of 699 towards July usage as it was deactivated in July 2010 - WT[censored]
Can anyone help me?

Vodafone — Incorrect horrible billing
HiI am a user of vodafone services including blackberry and I had paid one year amount for my blackberry services now when that one year expired vodafone did not inform me but started charging me 1099 Rs monthly on their own. Vodafone also rips its customers by incorrect billing which as a customer you will never be able to find out what is being billed to you. I have been using vodafone for more than 3 years and inspite o[censored]sing it for more that 3 years if this is what vodafone does to its customers I suggest all to never use vodafone. They will charge you all wrong amounts for your blackbeery services, will never give you discounts as promised and the billing is always incorrect. So guys beware of vodafone.

I have registered my complaint on the web portal. Infact I even visited the vodafone store but your guys have no time and decency to talk to people. Vodafone is absolutely getting horrible.

the day i got new vodafone 2G usb stick, i am facing low connectivity issue, but at the time of buying the product they told me that it will work superb, but it takes a very long time to go any web page, and it disconnects frequently, i also did a complaint in vodafone care centre but they say to change the plan from 2G to 3G, which is very expensive. i need a accurate solution,>>please do the needfull...

Vodafone service — wrong billing
from so many months vodafone has been charging me for some service which i have never been using. infact my handset do not support any such services as it is a very simple model. about this i came to know on 13th january while enquiring with 111. then i went to borivali-west office and complaint. i then just received one registration no. saying that i will be contacted on 18th jan at 11.30 am but nobody has yet contacted nor anybody is taking any responsibility of solving this problem. now if i stop the paymetn they will disconnect my line and create more problem for my earnings.I need consumer organisation to help and sort this problem of mine.
