[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong charges of internet usage on mobile no. [protected] | |||
I have a mobile with service provider as Vodafone no. [protected] I have a simple voice plan activated on my mobile. All of a sudden Vodafone has activated a data plan, with no request of any sort from my side. I have written several mails and also got calls from the call centre but they only keep saying that the usage is there so you have to pay. I wish to inform that 1. I did not make any request for activation of any data plan on my mobile. 2. I did not use any data service on the mobile even if Vodafone says that the plan was activated on their own without any request from the user. I will not be making the payment of the charges of Rs 493.40 wrongly charged to my bill. I am left with no option but to close the account and start services of another service provider.
