[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong Charges on Bill | |||
I just received my first ever bills for 2 Postpaid connections. The bills are inflated against the discounts which were offered. International SMSs are charged. Surprisingly the SMS timings are around my phone activation times. There is a previous balance shown on both the numbers. Since these are my first bills, how is it possible to have a previous balance? Free internet usage of 500MB was offered on first month for new connection. On one of the numbers I am charged for Rs.150 extra which I never used. I do keep track of my cellular data usage on my Phone. No videos, no music. Only News and stock updates. My usage never goes beyond 200MB in a month being a Wi-Fi user at office & home. Tried reaching customer care over phone, email & chat several times. Its repetition of explanation and very frustrating. Whenever I ask for supervisor, they are in meetings. Sir / mam,I have been using Vodafone Post paid connection from the past 6 months, & every time that i know the bill exceeds 800 rs. this month i decided onmt 2 make much calls from the phone & till the very last day of the Bill generation day, whenever i checked my Unbilled amt by sending toll free sms to Vodafone, it showed 300 rs, where as when i got the final bill the very next day the Bill amount was 900 RS. i dont know from where they got this bill amount, when i have'nt made much calls...
Ple help or else i would one day definately become bankrupt by paying jus phone bills...

139 sms charged as international sms i.e.5rs each ( 3 sms )
i approach the s.r.nagar vodafone store at hyd ..
but there is no reply.

Vodafone — wrong bill charges
dear sir/mam,TThis is to inform you that i was using an apple mobile previously and had taken an i-phone pack for 499/-p.m. but in june I changed my phone set to blackbery I had given a request at the vodafone store situated on m.m.malvia road for closing the pack.in july I got the bill with 499/- charged on it ,the told me to pay that and it will be refunded .this thing again happened in august and i had paid 499/- once again so that my phone is not iterrupted.
I would like the company to refund the amount back as it is not at all genuin and save the image of such a renound company.

Vodafone — incorrect charges on the bill
vodafone company is charging me Rs 150 from almost last 5 months for downloading , however I am not downloading anything, My number is [protected], please refund me Rs 600 asap or else I will not paying my bill futher. In my bill it is appearing as written r1_store_5_renew in f. Please deactivate r1_store_5_renew downloading service asap.36%

Vodafone — Wrong bill charged
have vodaphone number [protected], which i was using for more than 1 year, in the month of decemeber i travelled to USA and activated my number for international roaming, i use to do this earlier also.While i was on my tour, i hardly made any call and received any call during my stay at USA, but all the sudden i came to know that my services are deactivated becoz of overlimit, my overlimit was for 7500/-, and the bill generated is 17000/- (plus), which is for just 7 days from 18-12-08 to 24-12-08 for vodafone live, which is really unbelievable, i called to customer care and complain for the same but they never helped me saying that i have made the usage that's the reason i am charged. This was not the first time i was on international roaming, i was never charge for such huge amount. I asked the full details about my usage i made which ur people are claming for, i want to know which all websites i visited, what data i exchanged for which i'm charged like the hell.
But they are saying that their system is very accurate and reliability. Hence, they cannot bill me for something which is not used .
They are not solving my problem and their recovery guy calls on my wife's cell no. and asks for the payment. I am ready to pay only if they provide me complete details.
This is the complain no. i made [protected] which is not yet resolved.
