[Resolved]  Vodafone — Wrong deduction of balance amounting Rs.30/-

Myself Pinaki konar., I am Vodafone users. But Yesterday I receive a sms that vodafone masti pack is being activated in your number for that reason Rs. 30/- is being charged. But I do not activated it. I call to customer care for refund of my deducted balance, but they refuse me to refund.I want my balance refund very quickly. My mobile no. is [protected].

Vodafone — wrong update

Hi,

I am inform you that I am a Vodafone customer. I am using this[protected], Prashant Kumar ) last 8 month. I had not any type problem first 7 month. but last month create by Vodafone & courier company bulk problem. 3 update your system bill received at home. but not reached the bill my home. ( no home change no address change). but I had given you advance payment. who is wrong. Vodafone/courier/me.

I already more then 20 times compliment to call center & 1 time visit Vodafone care . but no solution. I required solution quickly. I am not waiting..

I have required courier company name 3 time POD scan copy of as per your call center ( 17, 22 may, & 2 jun). & detail all person reached my home. I have no time.

Please find the detail & do the needful.

I AM USING VODAFONE PREPAID, BUT YOUR COMPANY HAS DEDUCTED RS.30/= UNNECESSARY AMOUNT FROM MY BALANCE.STILL MY BALANCE IS RS.-24.00 AND RS.6/= IS ALREADY DEDUCTED FROM MY EARLIER RECHARGE.AFTER TALKING TO YOUR CUSTOMERCARE THEY TOLD ME WHEN YOU RECHARGE ,THE AMT. RS.-24.00 WILL BE DEDUCTED AND THE REST AMT. Vodafone — COMPLAIN FOR WRONG UPDATE OF BALANCE

Dear Sir/Madam

This is inform you that I Gautam Adhikary using a vodafone connection since 2008.My vodafone number is [protected].Last 19/10/2010 I recieved message from vodafone: "Durdanto Offer.Recharge korun Rs 200 aar pan FULL Talktimer besi Rs 220 talktime.Extra talktime 7diner jonno valid thabe.Ltd period offer".After received the message I was Recharge Rs 200 on 20/10/2010.But unfortunately I received talktime Rs 47.42 in my main a/c balance & talktime Rs 172.5 in my additional free balance for 7days.But the original updation of talktime balance should be main balance Rs.172.5 and additional balance Rs.47.42.After that I was surprised & call to vodafone customer care & talk to Mr. Subhrojit Mukherjee.He told me it will be solved with in 24 hrs & getting a complain from me.The complain no is [protected].After 24hrs it will be same thats why I again call to vodafone care & tal to Mr Rajan Sharma.He told me it was a validity recharge then I was very shocked.

Kindly chke out this problem and solve it as early as possible.

vodafone/wrong deduction of balance — wrong deduction

i had been activated Rs4.00 internet service and i use it after 2 consugative activation messages and finish the 40mb srffing with in the 2-3 hours.on my mobile no. [protected] on 16.11.2010 ,tuesday,activation time 05.55(appx) morning but after finish surffing i found that the Rs.28 extra deducted by company. I also talk to customer care at third chance and they told me that its service resumes after 4 hrs. after activation but there were no any hidden/open term and condition informe/sent me afteror before activation. so i want to informe to regional director regarding the this problem other wise i will go for further complaint.

Today bydefault Rs.30/. deduct from my Mobile Account & When I Talk to Vodafone Customer Care Executive (Mandeep Singh) he Said that ur Balance is Not Refund dur to Voda Chat Service is Active on Ur Mobile but I said that I m not request to Activate that Service then why I Pay for it So, Please look at this matter & Refund my Rs.30/. Balance.

Today Vodafone Co. actiavted a Vocie Chat service on my mobile & charge Rs.30 without requested my side & It's npt a first time this type of problem I am faced last month also & mail to the complaints Dept. & then Company refund my balance.
