[Resolved]  Vodafone — Wrong Deductions for Internet

This is happning for second time vodafone has deducted from my prepaid balance charges for internet usage although my internet pack is active.

Vodafone Mobile Services — wrong deduction of money

1. i am using vodafone mobile no [protected].
2. on 21 april i got a recharge of 125+125= 250/- on my mob no.
3. also on same day i got Rs 96 /- recharge for activation of gprs on my mobile.
4. the gprs service did not start on 21 and on 22 april i message "vmc " to 52586 for activation .
5. on 22 april my 125 /- were deducted from my mob balance and gprs activated.
6. the 125/- were deducted without any reason.
7. you r requested to refund Rs 125/- to my mob no balance at the earliest.
I am a user of vodafone number.I have submitted a complaint on the customer care. They have promised me to solve the problem but there have been more than 15 days, neither my complained has been solved nor they are ready to receive my call. they are ignoring me and also cheating me . they have promised me to give wrong deducted money back to my account . i am calling them from 24 nov 2009 . but they are not responding to me. i am totally frustrated from the customer care executives.

Vodafone — no refund of extra deducted money

twice my internet rental has been deducted in the month of december.. already i was assured by the company that it will be deducted only once..
they also gave me the complaint no. but they did not take any actions or no refund of money has been done.
after trying for almost more than hundred of times talking about my problem with the customer care n higher authorities, i m finally giving this complaint..

Vodafone — Deducting More Money from the Balance

Respected Sir,
This complain is regarding the balance deducted from my cell phone from the Vodafone service provider.This had happen yesterday @ 5.07pm.We had visited the vodafone store but there was no response from your clerigues.They told that i had made sms to out of country to some place called setchilley and that too not one sms but 5 at a time .One more thing i would like to inform that in my cell phone there is no sms sent to that number.The thing is not that my balance has been deducted the problem is that it has been deducted without any reason & the reason the vodafone company is providing is totally false.Thus i would request consumer department to look after the matter.My vodafone Number is [protected]..

To day vodafone company deducted illigally RS 180/ from my account .and they did not provide me the couse.

Vodafone Prepaid — False deduction n sick service

My prepaid mobile no is [protected], since i have been using it from past 5 years. There has been a minus deduction of Rs 375 from my account for data usage. I have just browsed my mails for half an hour without any downloads. I have even contacted customer care but i have got a poor response. They should not make minus balance for prepaid account.

Vodafone — Deduct money from account & wrong information by customer care

Vodafone Customer care executives gave me wrong information regarding my mobile caller tune service. due to that i have lost my balance from my mobile account.& now they are denying that that is not possible. The main problem is that i have no proof to prove this. what should i do now??

Vodafone — Wrong deduction of money

I am Girish Tandon & I have got Vodafone prepaid sim card (Mob No [protected]). On 14 Jan 12, I recharged my mob with Rs 100 in which I got Rs 88 as Talk time. Along with this I got interned plan of 1 GB in Rs 98. At around 0530 PM I got the sms stating that my mob is recharged with 88 Rs talk time, and another message stating that my internet got activated. After receiving the sms i used the net for sometime. In the evening when I tried to call my home, I was told that I had insufficient balance in my account.
Next day when I spoke to the cust care, their executive regretted this & promised to refund my account balance by 0600 PM and also that he has formally recorded my complain. But not after three days also I have not got my balance & at the same time there is no cust care executive available at 111....

Please do the needful to avoid any action against the service provider in future....
Sir, This is my first day with Vodafone. I have just ported in today. I had placed a complaint regarding unnecessary balance deduction. Complaint number "[protected]". The customer care executives were not answerable to me eventhough i call six times a day. The only reply given to me was that "our system is not showing any updates". Over and above this, my calls are barred to 198 and 111. I am very dissatisfied with the customer assistance on the very first day. There was an deduction of RS 45 at 16:20 on 5th April 2012. I request you to take immediate action regarding the above mentioned complain. My contact number is [protected]
As usual vodafone guys justifying the charges on false grounds...they must refund the money they have deducted.
and they dont have proper reason for charges. When internet pack is active then there should not be any deductions for internet and for their technical problems they should not charge customers and if they do least they can do is refund money instead of giving false reasons. This does not only show poor service but poor customer service as well.
this is second time its happening and we should not keep extra balance in main account as they would wipe it out anytime and if you complaint they will give us false reasons and we customers have to end up loosing our hard earned money because of their technical problems.
Iam not at all satisfied with their customer service and they are not at all improving in the service as we facing same problem again and again.
So we should not keep extra balance in our main account as if they charge us for something which we havent used will end up running behind them and at the end of the day will loose more money on calls made for complaints. And looking at their poor service ill have to consider changing operator for myself and all my family and friends.
