[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrong hello tune and not refunding balance | |||
This is my 3rd-4th complaint..for my no. [protected] Is anybody hearing us...?? Vodafone put a wrong hello tune, i selected the other one. And now they r not accepting their mistake and not even refunding the balance. After lodging complaint here vodafone cust cre exexcutive called me and said tht i again have to select the song for rs 15 and subscription rs 30. Then what's the use of writing here? Licenses should be cancelled of such a worst bluff company.. Indian Govt.is cheating wth innocent citizens by not taking action on vodafone company. I need the resolution asap.
