[Resolved] Vodafone — wrongly billed amount | |||
Dear sir, I am using sim of vodaphone last 6 years. During the bill period 15.12.12 to 14.01.12 .They charged for the Two pack(for reducing STD and Local rates) but they are not calculating these packs on Bill.So my bill gone high. Aftet calling many times in call center they do'nt response. Was this information helpful? | |||

They are not agree to resverse the wrong changes.
They charging the amount for the STD and LOCAL packs.but not Giving benifit of that packs.
It was worst with vodafone.They are only making rule to take money from customers.
I will suggest everyone to beaware from vodafone.
I will request the court to take appropriate action
