[Resolved] Vodafone — Wrongly charged for SMS not sent by me | |||
I am Vanathi from Bangalore. I have disconnected my Vodafone prepaid connection and using a Vodafone postpaid connection with the same number as my Vodafone prepaid connection. In the itemized vodafone bill dated 25.07.13 Bill No [protected], I could see that I have been charged for sending around 1500 sms to the number [protected] on 02-07-13. I did not send this sms and I have been charged wrongly for it. I did not get proper response from vodafone customer care. I can pay only for the service that I have used. I want Vodafone to revert these charges for the sms that I have not sent. Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a call from Vodafone customer care executive. He told me that the excess amount would be reverted in next month's bill and asked me to make a payment of Rs.98.
I made the payment as per his advise. I got my next month's bill and I see that the excess amount was still there and it was not reduced.
Also, I am not able to make any outgoing calls. Please help me with this.
