[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — non resolution of complaint

i have taken car in feb 13.On 23/09/2013 without any accident or any other reason my front wheel 4 inch broken. Aurangabad workshop is agreed on my concern but as per them company is not agreed on manufacturing defect hence nor repl acing the part under warranty. i ask them to prove it to me that its external damage but they are not responding.
