[Resolved]  Voltage Stabiliser Recommended For Whirlpool Fridge — Stabiliser not working

Dear Sir,

We purchase one voltage stabiliser DURO MAX DX 1404 which was recommended by whirlpool service persons during the July or August' 2008.

Now it is not working and unfortunately we could not trace out purchase bill for stabliser.

Complaint registered and complaint no. is 69244 on 29.04.10
While registering complaint, I was told that the stabiliser will be replaced with new one on FOC basis by your customer care officer.
Your service person attended the problem at around 2.30 pm same day and told that is not possible to replace on FOC.
His way of talking and behaviour towards the customer is not at all satisfactory and also not acceptable.
He is started against the person who registered the complaint at your customer care office.
Anyway, we are expecting whirlpool to replace stabiliser on FOC.

Please don't send such type of service engineers in future to my house.
