I was gifted a whirlpool by Major Bharat Bhusan. The Fridge was purchased from Sham Lal Krishan Lal 1/206/28, Sadar Bazar, Delhi Cant 110010. This fridge was purchased on 20.12.2009. I have the guarantee card but have misplaced the original bill. After many calls the fridge was taken for repairs. Gas from Whirlpool 1.5 ton window AC, Elite Model, leaked twice within a year during the warranty period. I am fed up with the AC. I request you to please replace this bad one with a new one, beacuae it is still in warranty. It is good for the health of the company, otherwise the company will lose faith of costers.
