[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card — name correction and photo change

NAME CORRECTION, BIRTH DATE AND PHOTO CHANGE

Respected Sir,
myself KALPANA OMPRAKASH SONAVANE, citizen of INDIA. My complaint is regarding my name printed on voter id card is wrong and my date of birth is wrong print on voter id card my date of birth is[protected] and my name is "KALPANA OMPRAKASH SONAVANE" and the date of birth on printed on card is xx/xx/1982 and name printed on card is "KALPANA VIJAYKUMAR SONAVANE", as to my husband name is also printed incorrectly in voter id card. My husbands name is OMPRAKASH VIJAYKUMAR SONAVANE. I want to make this corrections. Hw to change it. Sir please help me as soon as possible.

Also my fathers name is "SURESH KUMAR VARMA" where as on card it has only printed "SURESH"

My DOB is printed is "XX/XX/1984" where as correct DOB is "17/08/1981"
