[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — reliance data card could not be activated

hi everyone. i am also facing a similar complaint regarding vriti infocomm, noida. i purchased a net connect broad band + on 28 nov 2009. i had talked to mr abhinav pandey from sales deptt. when he asked for the address proof, i told him that i had my hospital id card issued by the Medical Supritendent, Guru teg bahadur hospital, dilshad garden, delhi. where i have been working for the past 5 yrs and will do so for another 10 yrs. he said that this id card will not be accepted as a residence proof. so i had to give him my driving license, which has the address of my home in gurgaon, but where my parents live, because i stay in delhi. when address verification was done, my parents were not present, as they both are in central govt jobs, but my bhai-bhabhi were present at the house.
the verification agent went to my home, sat there and had tea, and after two days my connection was disconnected due to negetive address verification., due to this mistake, i have lost more than 7 lakhs in the past few days. i had complained to mr. vikas in vriti and he told me that "sir full refund will be given in this case". so as directed by him, i have now terminated my reliance connection due to such idiotic hassles and undue harrasments. and i now want my money refunded.


it has been 20 days since then, they are not picking up my calls, even if they pick up, some low level executive answers the phone and says that the concerned person is busy in a meeting. and once i managed to get hold of that person and he ASSURED me that refund will be given, but nothing has been done yet. i even asked them to send me an email confirming my refund as the whole process may take a month but atleast an email can be sent to assure me that the claims by the company are not false.

VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD, NOIDA had given me RELIANCE DATA CARD and commited that my internet will be activated within 72 hrs. I bought it on 24th Dec 2009 and as of today (2nd Jan 2010) I am still keep on calling those guys and still they have not done the needful.

Vriti Indfocom pvt ltd, I have made almost 100 calls to diff people but nothing has bappen. They keep on giving some one else's number or tell me that they will call me back.

I am another victim of Vriti Infocom... I am strugling morethan 10 days but nothing has happened!

I have called many many people from Viriti Info com with out an luck.. Everybody ask to call some one else or they say will get back to you.

its been 3 days i purchased the datacard and yet to get't activated.. Reliance salesteam is so irresponsible that they're avoiding my calls now!! I've no idea wht to be done. Pls suggest.

I have taken relience broadband data card it got activated also but the free GOA tour package i have still not received from Vriti relience care this is very disgusting instated of continously calling to virti care no one is picking up the call and still not any revert on mail.. Please confirm when we can expect the mail for free goa tour package. Card no :[protected]. Revert awaited.

We are also victims of virti infocom. These people are very agressive in their sale . But after buying the data card from them, they do not answer the calls. We submitted most of the documents by Saturday(Jan 2nd 2010 during their employees visit to our house) and remaining scanned document on Sunday(Jan 3rd 2010 by email to their id). I dont remember the persons name who visited our house to collect the documents, but his number is [protected]. The verification had happened on Tuesday after 2 days of submitting the documents(Jan 5th 2010). I tried using the data card that day after the verification, but I was not able to get connected to their network(even after entering the MDN# as the userid and password). I called up the Reliance customer care and they said that my card has not been activated because they havent received the verification documents in their system. There is lot of delay in Virti's end for uploading the verification documents to Reliance and Virti are also not answering the call.

One request to everyone reading on reviews on Reliance data card "Never buy the card from Virti". If at all you decide to buy the data card, Please go to your nearest Reliance webworld and submit your documents. That way you can ensure your card getting activated on time. Though the Virti people will come to your house to collect the documents which is a lot convenient for us working people, they are highly unreliable. So its better to take some trouble and go directly to Reliance webworld outlets and submit your documents for proof. Now there is lot of delay and our offer period of 2 months free usage is also diminishing due to the delay and God only knows when or if our card will get activated. I have complained about Virti to Reliance customer care and I hope some action is taken on them so that future customers of Reliance are not affected by this poor service.

i buyed the device on 11th jan 2010, same day i had payed money cash, wth all documents, and photographs. even tough the delivery person forced me to give hard cash. when i told him that i will pay the money online. he not agreed n told me to pay cash. after doing all this till now after 4 days the device is not activated... after trying there mobile number the mobile is switched OFF from 4 days. they are not receving the calls n also switched off there cells. and here we are suffering lke anythng...

Since then I have contacted their Customer Care so many times but no help has been given so far. I
Please guide me in the right direction so that this issue gets solved. It has started giving me night mares.

Please do not purchase Reliance Data Card with goa trip which has been offered by Vriti. This company is fraud and you will get nothing out of it. I feel completely cheated after purchasing the card.

Any complaint against any VRITI problems please refer to consumer court online. They will take appropriate ACTION.

URL is a fake URL and just one folder airtel exist in this URL and they have copied the logo of Airtel. These guys will force you to do online payment and will say that we will give u the connection in 24 hrs but it is all false. Once you do the payment online, u wll not get hold of anyonne. Be careful of such fake URLS.

I purchased reliance net connect data card before 9 days. They say it has activated but the same is not able to get connected. Please advise me how to go about the same. I have called many times, but all in vain.

Reliance Data Card - Vriti — Activation

I had purchased a reliance data cardonline on 22.01.10 and was delivered to my residence by an executive on 22.01.10. He did collect the address proof and filled in the form required for activation.

However the data card has not been activated till now on 27.01.10.

I did contact the customer care and they conveyed to me that the details has not been uploaded for activation.
I tried calling the executive who delivered the data card and the phone is swithed off. I tried calling vriti and the number is always engaged and never connects to a customer care executive. Fed Up

If you are seriously want to buy the reliance data card please go thru the reliance outlets not of the vriti's agent. They are totally frauds. Once you go thru there link they will immediately call you and they will you there link to immediately do the payment thru online, saying that this offer is only for limited time. They will give you the EVDO card Product id and amount of purchase. Do not click on there link offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm .
If I have gone thru these many complaints I would have definitely never thought to purchase there product.
I ordered there product on 22nd jan 2010 thru online. They immediately called me to go thru there links to purchase it online. Once they receive the payment immediately second call will be from there local agent. He give me the product and said that you can submit your document to there head (named Aamir s, mobile ([protected]) email :- aamir.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com) by scanning. I have done as he tell me.
But from that time no body has called me that they have received my documents and even not tolled me when the card will get activated. I called to there Noida office for activation they told me the activation has already done on 23rd jan 2010. Till now 29 jan 2010 I am unable to use that data card.

I am a broadband connect customer or I will be hopefully. I had a Tata Indicom internet data card line and after a friend recommended I switched to a Reliance data card Broadband plus line which I applied on the website of your company. With the hour I received a call from one of your authorized dealers called Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, N.C. Kelkar Road, Dadar West, Near Star Mall belonging to Mr Dinesh dada Tel - [protected], His sales person Mr Jay - Tel - [protected] had come to my residence and handed over the unit on the 24th Jan 2010 for Rs 3500 and collected the documents a copy of my passport and also a set of passport size photographs as proof.

He was to activate the data card within 48 hrs as assured by him. After the relavant time I have called you[protected] number and they informed me that the line will be activated within 72 hours which is the normal time. Even that is ok. after number of calls to the vendor neither can I get in touch with the owner not the sales person. I have almost reached a position of giving up on an organization on such a simple issue of activation of a Data card.

I took the Relience Broadband+ Datacard on 22nd of Feb 2010. but still not activated. I got a call about address proof again I submitted the address proof on Gurbinder(executive) Email Id. I do not have any person contact Number where I can contact and talk to them regarding issues. whose executive came to deliver( Rishabh) the Datacard is also not picking the call. In scratch Voucher I got the 3 Blockbuster Movies. That DVD is also not working. Now suggest me what to do.

This types of facilities you provide. Is it good please decide yourself.
Please serve better for better market reputation.
