[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd, Noida / Reliance Data Card — reliance data card could not be activated

I had purchased a Virgin VFlash Wireless Broadband from Virgin Mobile recently on June 27. I made the online payment.

I was told the device will be activated within half an hour.


It has been more than two weeks but the device hasn't been activated. The local guy, Puneet, he ia fraud and is not responding to the calls. Another one Bhumitra Shandilya, Sr. executive, Vriti Customer support team. Mobile -[protected] is also a cheat. He has repeated told me that the device will be activated within one day, two day, one hour, 10 min, but nothing.

Further, they advertise that they will send a laptop bag and a free travel voucher. However, even that is false. They are JUST PLAIN CROOKS who are cheating honest citizens. BEAWRE OF THEM and NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Nothing under the sun is going to solve the problem when it comes to reliance you know why it is.
So many people are telling out here they are going for the consumer court to file the complaint, but I don’t find anyone doing it till now, all are just having good time in spending time to complain but nothing in action, even I am also the one who enjoy reading all the bull that people had but doing nothing on that.
Have any one tried to understand one thing, even though so many complaint is being posted out here in consumer complaint forum what is being done by authority till now? “Nothing” right it’s simply indicated that don’t around your time, believing that this will help to solve your problem.
Law is enforced or come to help in our country when the person who sued is dead, so choice is yours.

i want to change that plan into 700 monthly rental plan please tell me how can i change it hw could request wht are the formalities

I purchased same Data card from their Hyderabad liasion, main culprit is some puneet srivastava, under this rascal, so many fraud and money pecking buggers are working. they made all wrong promises and informations to grab money. If i found this punnet i scold his collar and take him to police station. none of their noide office telephone responsd properly. ROGUES, STUPIDS

I had purchased a reliance data card through vriti, inspite of providing all the documents as asked by the executive it took almost 5 days and another document to activate it. Didnt the executive who came collect know about it?. Now after a week it has been again disconnected as the documents have not reached reliance. Vriti guys are untraceable. What to do?, , , , A very bad experience ...Ambani's please take note!!

Yes i do agree, bought Tataphoton+ from this virit ino, bangalore, the sales guy taken all the documnet (Passport copy, BSNL Landline, 2 Passport size photo, when i asked him about the activation time, he said with in 2hrs (5:30pm have bought the device), when i called around 8pm he siad still he not reached office but sent SMS to company that he got all the documents, so it should be activated soon, but even next day morning 10:00am not updates, when i called he replied me saying he is on the way to office and he will acitvate soon, after some time got SMS saying a/c activated try now, when i try with the 14 digit no given for activation, got message invalid key, when i try to call he is not at all pick my call, when i try reaching the delhi guy Nitin who sent SMS about the activation, those no's also busy, then i searched about this comany profile to get the manager no, and that no directed some other no, and he called, have complaint about this issue he said that he will connect Nitin, the highlit here is when we try with another no's the sales guy form blr, picking the call and again, when we tlak nicely about the new connection, he is promising with in 1hr will activate, when we start talking the one bought yesterday, he is disconneted. They are really cheater, the Delhi team said that they will call me in 10 min, but no calles even hr, am going to file case in the cunsumer court soon

My name is chandrapal singh I also Purchased a reliance Data card through vriti infocom, from Noida branch on 16th August 2010. I word with Rajiv yadav. He promise me that my data card will be activate within 2 hours after delivery and I surprised that he personally follow my case and he activate my data card got activate with 1hour and 30mint. It was a good effort through vriti employee.

My data card is working very smoothly till yet.

Vriti Infocom Private Limited, Net Connection — activation of Tata netconnect

I have buy a Tata netconnect USB device on 21/08/2010. At the time of sallying they promise me that your netconnect will be activated within 45min and you will get the credential at that time. Now 26/8/2010 my netconnect still not activated even they are not picking my mob.

Today they have picked my call, at that time I have asked to return my money now they are not ready to return.

please let me know what I can do for the same?

I bought a data card from vriti infocom which is in ashok nagar (Bangalore) i have a mac os9.2 which i have explained to the agent Daniel. who sold me the data card saying that it will support my system. and later it does not support and he lied that if it does not support he will refund me through cash. now its been 2 months i am waiting for my Refund. I am not getting that number or else i would have thrashed that son of a .Because i had call many people to get my refund but no one is responding properly.

i am a software engg. and i was in need of tata photon plus.i got a number of vriti infocom from the internet and i am not aware that this number is not of tata office.afetr knowing that this no. is not of tata office i discard the request of puchasing of tata photon plus.because my one friend face the problem just because of puchasing the device by a dealer.
that's why i discard the request and they call me back and started quarrel.which is very shamefull for them.this is not the attitude of any successful organisation.i am really surprised by this kind of shamefull attitude and reaction.

My name is kunwar singh. i ordered from vriti (noida) a tata photon mobile broadband usb on the basis of the promise that i would get
3mbps constant speed
the executive named shishir pandey lied to me about the speed of this device, what i am getting is less than the 10th of 3mbps
i have mtnl connection which is providing me speed much better in cheap price with stable connectivity
why would i ever pay tata for something which much worse
the executive of vriti shishir repeatedly lied to me about the speed even when i made him clear what i am getting from mtnl
now i want my money back because so far two visits of area engineer who supposedluy came to mend this trouble are failure
i know its a total froud and i can't bear it
when i called vriti they just shamelessly passed the buck
i will do everything in my reach to get the justice nomatter where i have to go.

Vriti is in existence to give false promises and just make sure to get money from people, not interested in providing basic help or service for the money collected, not sure How reliance is encouraging to use their name by vriti if not even after so many complaints how reliance communication is quiet about this company. Hope at least now reliance communication will take some serious action against this kind of companies.

Even i have the same problem.. They are just frauds.. Dont believe them. They will tell so many reason to take device from them.. they will run behind us. once you give money thats it. They will never ever respond to ur call.. You have to run behind them... Dont believe them

Noida and i m in hyderabad i purchased on 17th Dec still is not working and I tried in Reliance Web world also and they are also not helping me and I m keep on calling in Vriti infocom they are not responding so pls dont go for reliance they all are fake persons so pls dont go for reliance that a very poor company in net connection and executive are not educative they dont know how to write or speak so pls dont go for reliance.

Shame on Reliance Company Shame Shame Shame

This is in regard with the Data Card Purchased from VRITI INFOCOM Sector 63, Noida. I purchased this card from Mr.Gurvinder on 31st December 2010.I provided all necessary documents required same day also as per his suggestion i given 200/- for making Rent agreement and he assured that connection will be activated by next day i.e. 1st Jan 2011. Till yet inspite of many reminders call to Mr.Gurvinder and in Activation team no results found and still my Data Crad is not activate. Also Mr Gurvinder assured me that i will receive the rent aggrement by 1st of Jan, till date i didnt received my rent agreement.

The purpose of this mail is just to intimate the coming customers who are thinking to buy any product from VRITI INFOCOM. Please we aware of the service provided by them. This organistaion only know how to sell the product but dont know how to manage and provide services.

I have purchased Reliance data cards form Vriti infocom pvt. noida, on 17/01/2011.befor purchase they r very sweet and trying to provide me many benifit but after purchasing the card they r very ruide as well as deny to provide me offer plan of 750 unlimted.without my information they activate the night plan when i request him to change my plan as offer plan then deny this is really a fake thing so now i want to close the service of such type of fake company.i will never suggest any one to perchase the reliance datacard.

i am also a victim of same problem. I have lodged complaint against vriti in consumer forum under ministry of consumer affairs. annd also support me by giving positive comments on my complaint at consumrecomplaints.in & icomplaints.in
