Actually, This is not meeting my requirements. I have to do video chat in USa and canada. when i do so most of time connection break even in delhi also.
when i try to connection, it response, remote computer is not responding. it consume my lot of time in making connection again and again.
There are number of reasons.
1. connection breakup during the communication.
2. Lack of speed
3. No proper network coverage.
4. Server is not responding
5. It display the following msg. (now) The remote computer did not respond. for futher assitance, click more info or search help.
I am requesting you kndly return to back bcoz i am planning to take new broadband home connection.i checked the speed of that at my friends home.

I have purchased Netconnect broadband+ data Card from Viriti Infocom by online purchase, on 25th Feb my card got Delivered but still I am waiting for activation for the same, I am continuously taking follow-up with VIRITI but I am not getting any positive response from their end, now I have only one option that I go to consumer Court & lodge a complaint against VIRITI & Reliance Communications Limited. – Atul ( [protected], [protected] )
Vriti Infocom (Reliance Netconnect broadband +) — data card was not activated and now there is no update on refund from vriti infocom
I bought a reliance Netconnect broadband + data card from vriti infocom on 5/1/2010. I was promised that it will be activated within 2 days and I submitted all the documents and deposited the required amount. It was not connected for a week. Since I needed the broadband connection urgently, I had to purchase another broadband connection from other service provider. Then I asked vriti infocom to refund my money as they were not able to activate my data card. I have been communicating them for last 2 months and till date they have not refunded my money and every time they tell that it is in process. Please look in to this.Regards,

There is a huge lack of communication or rather no communication at all between Reliance Communications & Vriti Infocomm, Vriti being their one and only authorised dealer(online)

I had bought my net connect online through the Reliance Communications wesite. I had submitted all the documents and my net connect was activated as well. But just a week after the activation, I face problems with the connection reson being the lack of communication and dealing between Reliance Comm & their online authorised agent Vriti Infocomm. I have made 'n' number of calls to Reliance Customer Care and visited their web world as well. But the problem prevails.
Apparently the reason of de activation of my net connect again and again is the rejection of my documents. However, I have submitted all the valid documents. When I contacted Reliance Customer Care I was asked to visit the nearest Web World and submit my relevent and necessary documents again. I did the same but again communication gap and lack of administration took over. My documents were not accepted by the Reliance Web World people because they didnt have my original form!! I have to submit my documents through Vriti only! Is that a joke?? It will eventually reach Reliance, then how does it matter if I submit my documents through Vriti or to Relaince directly. When I cannot get hold of any one from Vriti as it is next to impossible, what am I supposed to do in that case? Just forget about the money I have paid?
Even after the bill for the first month was generated, Reliance Communications dont have my original form yet. It hasnt reached them yet. This is unbelieveable. To top it all, instead of solving the problem and claening up their mess themselves, they asked me to get hold of Vriti people and get the original form from them. How am I supposed to do that when people from Vriti give you non existent mobile phone numbers??
They dont have a registered office here in Bombay either. I bought the Reliance Net Connect from Reliance website, not from Vriti, how is it my responsibility to chase them up and get hold of my documents? Isnt that ridiculous?? I called up their noida office as well as recommended by Reliance Customer Care. Firstly they were least interested in listening to my complaint and then with a promise to get back, they never got back to me.
Mr. Anil Ambani, you need to wake up and start looking into these matter even though they might seem to be petty issues for you. It is affecting many consumers. It is just breaching the trust of your consumers.

Yesterday i have purchased reliance broadband+ @ Rs. 2200/- from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai. They had given me commitement that card will activate within 4 hours, but till date card is not activated. Dinesh Sharma is working with Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. & he is giving false commitements to customer like us. Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. is a totaly fraud company, they gives good offer & commitements before taking order but after taking order nobody replies from them for support & service. I am continously trying on his cell but he has no manners to pickup calls & answer the queries. I don't know who is the ower of this company but it is very much sure that that person will be definetly fraud.
Reliance — broadband data card coverage but not got solution
I have bought the Data Card on 20 Jan 2010 and since than I was facing a problem related to coberage in the Broad Band locations also.Finally they have changed it but after that also the problem is not sorted out.And they are just transferring my problem from one department to other and there is no solution.I am a trainer and most of the times i travel and I bought this only for this purpose but not got the solution. You all are sending such kind of comments due you have sense you sense less people .

This is a group of cheaters. I also bought a Reliance broadband plus data card and was told that i will get a goa holiday package coupon worth Rs. 5000. but no coupon and no response thereafter .
at present they are selling TATA PHOTON PLUS data card with the same scheme.

Reliance Data Card — Not provided Free goa trip

Ltd to the Nodal Officer who is responsible for entire Mumbai on the address mentioned below and get to his notice that Vriti is getting a bad name to Reliance and giving a tuff time to its customers. Never take the data card from Vriti info com. They are bloddy cheaters. They do not activate the data card on time and nor can be traced through Reliance customer care network. Extremely bad service. No where in the systems can their names be found and thus issue gets very hard to be resolved. Shame on Vriti and Reliance. Wonder what sort of agreement both have between them but unlimately customers are paying heavy price... Never take Relinace Net Connect especially ( placing a reqest online )

I took the Relience Broadband+ Datacard on 22nd of Feb 2010 from Vrity Info Noida. but still not activated. I got a call about address proof again I submitted the address proof on Gurbinder(executive) Email Id. I do not have any person contact Number where I can contact and talk to them regarding issues. whose executive came to deliver( Rishabh) the Datacard is also not picking the call. In scratch Voucher I got the 3 Blockbuster Movies. That DVD is also not working. Now suggest me what to do.
This types of facilities you provide. Is it good please decide yourself.
Please serve better for better market reputation.Please do the needful ASAP.
