[Resolved] Wagon-R Lxi — INSURANCE CLAIM AND BAD SERVICE | |
M/S. ARYA MOTORS - NAGPUR, RECEIVED MY CAR FOR ACCIDENTAL REPAIRS ON THE 26TH DECEMBER 2008. ALL DOCUMENTS DESIRED WERE SENT BY ME TO FACILITATE CLAIM FILING. NO ESTIMATE WAS SENT TO ME UPON REPEATED REQUESTS. THE BILL MAILED TO ME IN JANUARY LAST WEEK WAS NOT DETAILED ON THE CATEGORIZATION OF PARTS - WHETHER PART, PLASTIC OR CONSUMABLES. I HAD THE SAME CHECKED WITH MY LOCAL DEALER AND THEY GAVE ME THE BREAK-UP OF THE SAME. ACCORDINGLY THE PAYABLE AMOUNT WORKS UP TO RS. 6000/-. THEY ALSO REFUSE TO REPLACE MY CUT FRONT RIGHT SIDE TYRE (RESULT OF THE ACCIDENT) I AM BEING ASKED TO PAY RS.10, 000/- AS THE MARUTI INSURANCE PARTNER M/S. NEW INDIA ASSURANCE REFUSES TO ACCEPT SALVAGE AND THE SAME (8%) IS BEING FORCED UPON ME. FURTHER HAVING INFORMED THE ARYA MOTORS SERVICE PERSON MR. ABHISHEKOF THE DISPUTED STATUS, HE HAS SENT ME A MAIL THREATNING TO LEVY A PARKING FEE OF RS 100/- PERDAY. I HAVE NO CAR AND AM PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY INCONVINIENCED DUE TO THE SAME. KINDLY ADDRESS MATTER SERIOUSLY AND URGENTLY, AS I INTEND TO FILE A CASE IN THE CONSUMER COURT ON THIS MATTER. REGARDS Was this information helpful? | |
