INSURANCE CLAIM AND BAD SERVICE
M/S. ARYA MOTORS - NAGPUR, RECEIVED MY CAR FOR ACCIDENTAL REPAIRS ON THE 26TH DECEMBER 2008.
ALL DOCUMENTS DESIRED WERE SENT BY ME TO FACILITATE CLAIM FILING.
NO ESTIMATE WAS SENT TO ME UPON REPEATED REQUESTS.
THE BILL MAILED TO ME IN JANUARY LAST WEEK WAS NOT DETAILED ON THE CATEGORIZATION OF PARTS - WHETHER PART, PLASTIC OR CONSUMABLES.
I HAD THE SAME CHECKED WITH MY LOCAL DEALER AND THEY GAVE ME THE BREAK-UP...
ALL DOCUMENTS DESIRED WERE SENT BY ME TO FACILITATE CLAIM FILING.
NO ESTIMATE WAS SENT TO ME UPON REPEATED REQUESTS.
