Wagon R Lxi — steering problem pulling both side
my car was good condition before I kept it for wheel eliament & balance, i kept my car four time for same problem at bamroli workshop SURAT for same problem in month but stil not improvment in my car, i found stearing hard and pulling both side when i drive 60 to 80 stearing found much hard, my car lost original setting, i can not drive for long time so kindly do needful for the same.Wagon R Lxi — Delay in service
Der Sir ,On behalf of my wife ,the RC owner of a Maruthi suzuki wagon R (KL 01 AY 8219) vehicle purchased from your dealer M/s Popular vehicles ,Tvm I would like to express my painful experience I am facing for the last two weeks.
I handed over the above vechile for its 2nd service and for repair with an insurence claim on 19/12/2010 ,the service person told to me that I will get back my car hardly within one week. even after no response from your service end I approched the manager for details .they helplessly informed me that it will take one more week to get my car back
for all these days I and my family spending more than Rs150/- per day which will be even not a nominal amount for your company ,travelling with my little child in a city is too difficult more than you can imagine.
This is the 2nd vechile I am Purchasing from Maruthi,and for the 1st time I had a bitter experince from your part ,Hece I request you to kindly do the need full to get my vechile back at the earliest

Wagon R — service related issue
SIR,I DROP MY VEHICLE AT ANAND MOTOR, CHINHAT WORKSHOP, LUCKNOW.
THE SEVICE WAS SO POOR THAT THEY NOT EXPLAINED ANYTHING REGARDING CHANGING MY FRONT GLASS AND ABOUT THE AMOUNT.THE CAR WAS THERE ON 21 MAY 2009 AND THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE CAR ON NEXT DAY BUT WHEN I PHONE THEM THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT READY SO TAKE IT ON 23 MAY 2009 AND WHEN I PHONED ON 23RD THEN THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT READY TAKE IT ON 24TH MAY, ON 24TH MAY WHEN I PHONED THEM THEM REGARDING TAKING BACK MY CAR THEY ARE SAYING TO PAY ME THE AMOUNT WHICH WAS NOT TOLD TO ME AT THE TIME OF DROPING MY CAR.
